Pricing – Heritage Estate Sales offers high end items at a fraction of retail prices. During the duration of the sale, prices will remain the same. Everything is negotiable within reasonable offers. Please feel free to make an offer. Sales tax will be charged, unless you have a valid resale license.

Purchased Items – All sales are Final. No Returns, No Exchanges and No refunds. All items are sold "As Is". We do our best to state any obvious damage or condition problems for items listed. We will also do our best to update any listings for items sold or unavailable.

Pick Up – Appointment must be made for picking up items within the duration and operating hours of the sale May 18^th – 25^th 9am to 5pm. We can arrange Curb Side Pick Up for small furniture and other manageable items.

Delivery – Heritage Estate Sales does not deliver, however we can refer a delivery service to pick up and deliver any purchased items to you. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Quotes and Timing are entirely up to the delivery service. Heritage Estate Sales is not responsible for any delays on the delivery of your items.
