THE HOME IS LOCATED IN A GATED COMMUNITY.  IF YOU SAY YOU ARE VISITING THE COMMUNITY FOR AN ESTATE SALE OR GARAGE SALE, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU ENTER.  ALL VISITORS WITH AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE GIVEN THE ADDRESS AND DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER THE COMMUNITY.

DO NOT DRIVE UP TO THE GUARD GATE WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.  CALL THE SALE LINE AT (818) 206-8569 AND PRESS 1 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.  ALL VISITORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION AT THE GATE.   NO WINDOW SHOPPERS PLEASE!

APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SCHEDULED BETWEEN 10:00AM – 2:00PM FRIDAY – SUNDAY.  PHONE ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AT ANY TIME STARTING 10AM THURSDAY.  ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP DURING THE APPOINTMENT TIME OR MONDAY 10:00AM TO 2:00PM

We are proud to feature Frank.  A adult American Staffordshire Terrier.  He is good on lead, loves to play and  go on car rides.  He does need an experienced  adopter.
